Movies & Pictures
Corwin Garber was born in Chicago, moving to California at age 4. In elementary school his uncle showed him how to thread and view films on a 16mm projector. They watched old home movies together, sparking his early interest in film. Corwin was taught how to use iMovie by Steve Jobs when he came into his 3rd grade classroom for a show-and-tell. While Corwin didn’t know anything about the man at the time, his magnetism helped solidify Corwin’s interest in film. Corwin studied filmmaking throughout highschool and at USC. Now, based in LA, Corwin works with other young artists as well as established professionals in the field such as John Singleton, David Hayter, Method Man, and more. He specializes in photochemical film photography, cinematography, and direction.
